Sprouted Kadala(chickpea). Sprouting them increases their nutrient value. Sprouted chickpeas can be easily added to salads, snacks or consumed on their own.

Ingredients:
1 cup chickpea ( Here I used black chickpea )
2 cups water
Directions
1) Rinse chickpea well and add water. Soak in 2 cups of water.
2) After 12 hours, drain and wash again. Drain well and cover with a cloth.
