Ingredients:
500 grams chicken
3 tablespoon onion

1 onion
Coriander leaves
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
For curry leaves green chilli paste
10 sprigs curry leaves
5 green chili
1 tablespoon water
For marination
Curry leaves green chilli paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt as required
Directions
1) To make curry leaves green chili paste, grind curry leaves with green chilies and water to smooth paste. Keep this aside.
2) Clean and cut chicken in to small pieces. Marinate chicken pieces with curry leaves green chili paste, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, coriander powder and Salt. Keep in refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight.
3) Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel seeds & onion. Fry until golden brown.
4) Add marinated chicken pieces and mix well. Cover the pan and cook in low flame. Stir occasionally.
5) Once the chicken pieces are well cooked, open the pan and roast chicken for 5-10 more minutes.
6) Add chopped coriander leaves and red chili flakes. Mix well and serve hot.
