Ingredients
1 1/2 cup basmati rice
4 cups water
2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon green chili
2 tablespoon carrot
3 tablespoon cabbage
3 tablespoon green beans
3 tablespoon red pepper
3 tablespoon yellow pepper
3 tablespoon green pepper
1 tablespoon spring onion
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon spring onion
salt

Directions
1) Wash rice and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
2) Boil 4 cups of water in a pan on medium flame. Drain the rice and add to the boiling water.
3) Cook this for 8-9 minutes. Give a light stir every 2 mins. Cook the rice until tender. Try not to cook the rice completely.
4) Turn off the flame and strain it using a strainer. Keep it aside to cool down.
5) Take another pan and heat oil. Add ginger, garlic and green chilies. Stir this for 30 seconds.
6) Now add finely chopped vegetables of your choice. I used carrots, cabbage, green pepper, red pepper and yellow pepper. Stir fry for 1 minute.
7) To this add green onion bulbs, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.
8) Time to add cooked rice. Mix well.
9) Add dark soy sauce and green onions. Mix well and turn off the flame.
10) Serve hot with Paneer Manchurian.
