Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 dried red chilies
2 green chilies
3 cups spinach leaves (finely chopped)
1/4 cup plain curd
Salt to taste
Few curry leaves
Instructions
1) In a pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add red chilies, curry leaves and green chilies. Stir well.
2) Now its time to add spinach. Stir occasionally until the leaves are softened and cooked well. Add salt and mix well.
3) Turn off the flame and remove this from the heat.
4) Add curd to this and mix well. Serve with steamed rice or chapati.
