Ingredients:

Bread

4 bread slices
3 tablespoons ghee
2 tablespoons coconut slices
1 tablespoon cashew 
1 tablespoon raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 onion
1 green chili [Optional]
3/4 teaspoon ginger 
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Salt
Curry leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons water

Directions

1) Cut the bread slices into medium pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan and fry these bread cubes. Keep this aside.

 2) Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in the same pan and fry cashews, raisins and coconut slices. Keep this aside.

3) In same pan add shredded coconut and fry until its golden brown. Turn off the flame and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well for 30 seconds.

 4) Coarsely grind this mixture with out adding water. Keep it aside.

5) Now heat coconut oil in a pan and add onion. Saute onion until it turns golden brown. Add ginger and garlic to this and saute for 1 minute.

6) To this add ground coconut mixture, salt, cashew raisin and coconut slices with 1 tablespoon of water Mix everything well.

7) Now you can add the bread pieces. Mix well until all the bread pieces are coated evenly with the masala. Sprinkle some water if needed.

8) Turn off the flame. Add some curry leaves and serve hot.
