Ingredients:
3 tablespoon boost
3 tablespoon warm water
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Directions
1) Whisk the cornstarch and water. Keep it aside.
2) Whisk the boost powder with warm water. Keep it aside.
4) Pour the boost mixture. Mix well.
5) Now pour the cornstarch mixture. Whisking constantly, until thicken. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
6) Transfer this to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cool down & refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve the pudding chilled.
