Ingredients
1 cup maida / all purpose flour
1 egg [Optional]
Salt to taste
Water as required
For Filling:
3 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon water
10-20 raisins
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 cup grated coconut
Directions
1) Heat a pan add sugar and water. Mix well and bring to boil.

2) Add cardamom powder and mix well.
3) Add coconut and raisin. Mix well. Saute for 1 min.

4) Add ghee and mix well. Transfer this to a bowl and allow this to cool down.

5) In a bowl add maida, salt and egg. Mix water in small quantities and make a smooth batter. Add vanilla extract and mix well.



6) Heat and grease a pan. Make dosas/pancakes out of this batter.


7) Place one dosa in a plate. Fill one spoon of coconut filling and roll it tightly.
