Ingredients

2 medium size tomatoes
1 small onion
2 green chilies
Salt to taste

For tempering:

2 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 dried red chilies
1 sprig curry leaves

To grind:

3/4 cup grated coconut
3/4 cup curd
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds

Directions

1) Grind coconut, curd, mustard seeds and keep it aside.

2) Heat oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and red chilies and mix well.

3) Now add onion and saute for 2 mins. Add tomato, green chili and salt. Saute until the tomatoes are done.

4) Switch off the flame and allow this to cool down completely.

5) Now add the ground mixture and mix well. Goes well with rice.
