500 gram chicken
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
2 medium size tomato
1 cup coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
3/4 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon kasoori methi
2 tablespoon ginger(julienne)
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon water
Directions
1) Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
2) Add chicken and cook the chicken for 3-4 min in high heat.
3) Reduce the flame to low and add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. Saute for 2 mins.
4) Add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
5) Pour some water. Then cover the pan and cook for 2 mins.
6) Open the pan and add ginger (sliced julienne), coriander leaves and kasoori methi. Mix it well and serve with Chapati/Rice.
