Ingredients:
5 boiled eggs
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 big onion
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 green chilly
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 medium tomato
2 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup water
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
Directions
1) Heat oil in a pan in medium flame and splutter the mustard seeds.
2) Add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly. Fry it until the onions are golden brown.

- 1 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 cup water
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
Directions
1) Heat oil in a pan in medium flame and splutter the mustard seeds.
3) Now add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder. Saute for 1 min.
4) Add tomato and salt and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
5) Now add garam masala and saute from 30 seconds. I have made garam masala with fennel powder, ground cloves, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder.
6) Add one cup water to this and mix well. Cover and cook the gravy for 5 minutes.
7) Add boiled eggs and mix well. Cook for 1 more minute. Add coriander leaves and serve with appam, chapathy, porotta, idiyappam etc.
