Ingredients:
3 tablespoon kasoori methi
3 medium potatoes boiled
3 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon jeera
1 medium onion
4 garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 medium tomato
Salt
Water
Directions
1) Heat oil in a pan (medium flame) and roast jeera.
2) Add onion and saute till its golden brown. Now add chopped garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
3) Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Fry for 10 seconds.
4) Now add tomato and cook it for 1 minute.
5) Add kasoori methi and mix well. Now add water and potatoes. Bring to boil.
6) Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.Tastes best with poori.
