Serves: 30 Laddus

Ingredients:


2 cans condensed milk

cups + 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2 pinches of salt

Directions


1) Heat a pan in medium flame. Add condensed milk.

2) Add 4 cups of desiccated coconut.

3) Add salt.

4) Keep stirring until the mixture starts separating from the pan.

5) Divide the mixture into two portions. This step is totally optional. If you like you can move on to     step 7.

6) Add food color of your choice in one bowl and mix well.

7) Combine these two portions and shape into even sized laddus.
8) Roll the laddus in the remaining desiccated coconut. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
