Paneer Sabzi is a very easy and quick dish that can be served with any meal. The combination of mixed vegetables with the paneer makes it very healthy.

Cook Time : 15 min


700 grams paneer(cottage cheese) 
2 medium carrots
1 medium green pepper
8 green beans
2 medium tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  1. Slice veggies diagonally to 1'' size pieces. Paneer can be cut to finger pieces based on preference.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan for 30 seconds. 
  3. Add carrot, green pepper, green beans, sugar and salt. Mix well.
  4. Close the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Keep it aside.
  5. In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil followed by turmeric powder and red chili powder.
  6. Mix well and add diced tomato to it. Cook for about 1 minute.
  7. Add tomato ketchup, paneer and salt. Mix well.
  8. Cover the pan and cook further for 1 minute.
  9. Finally add garam masala and cooked vegetables. Mix well and serve.
