A delicious snack made with potatoes and sweet corn that is easy to prepare and light on spices. Kids would love these for sure!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon green chilies, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon mango powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
6 medium potatoes, boiled and grated
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons all purpose flour(maida)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Oil to deep fry
Directions
- Mix corn, red chili powder, cilantro, green chilies, mango powder and garam masala. Keep it aside.
- Mix potatoes, red chili powder and salt. Divide this mixture into 12 equal parts.
- Flatten each potato part on your palm , place 1 teaspoon of corn filling in center, fold and shape into flat, round patty.
- Mix flour and cornstarch. Coat each patty evenly with this mixture.Press lightly between your palms to bind.
- In a pan, heat oil and deep fry the patties until golden brown.
