Ingredients

4 tablespoons coriander seeds
15 dried red chilies 
2 tablespoons chana dal
1 1/2 tablespoon urad dal
1 tablespoon peppercorns
1 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon asafoetida powder
1 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 
Curry leaves a few

Instructions

1) Dry roast  coriander seeds, chana dal, urad dal, peppercorns, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves a few, dried red chilies in a pan on low flame for 2 mins.

2) Now add turmeric powder and asafoetida powder. Roast for 30 seconds.

3) Once it cools down grind to a fine powder and store it in an air tight container.
