Egg - 3 large
Milk - 3 tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Butter (Room temperature) -13 tbsp 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Keep it aside.
  3. In a large bowl swift flour, baking powder and salt.Add sugar and mix well for 30 Sec.
  4. Add butter and half of the egg mixture. Mix well until the dry ingredients are moisten.
  5. Add the remaining egg mixture and mix well for 1 Min.   
  6. Pour the cake batter to a loaf pan and bake it for 55-65 min or until the cake is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 
  7. Serve the cake when it is completely cool.
  8. This cake can be covered and stored for several days at room temperature.
