Chicken Tikka (Oven roasted) |

Ingredients
Chicken - 800 gm
For 1st marination
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For 2nd marination
Gram flour (Besan) - 2 tbsp
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Curd - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into small cubes and marinate it with the first marination ingredients. Keep it aside for 20 mins.
- Soak the skewers in water for 20 mins.
- Fry the gram flour for about 3 mins in low flame.
- Add the fried gram flour to a large bowl and mix in the second marination ingredients.
- To the above, add the pre-marinated chicken, mix well and keep aside for 2 hrs.
- Preheat oven to 500 F.
- Divide the chicken among skewers and bake for 10 min.
- Flip the chicken and bake it for another 5 min.
- Serve hot.
