Mushroom Masala |

Ingredients
Mushroom - 500 gms
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 1 medium
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Green chilly - 1
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1tbsp [Optional]
Oil
Salt
Coriander leaves
to grind
Pepper - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 4
Instructions
- Grind pepper, cumin seeds and garlic. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
- Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly and onion. Saute well.
- Add tomato and cook well till its done.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add mushrooms and stir well.
- Add very little water and salt to taste . Cover the pan and cook the mushrooms for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Open the pan. Add ground pepper masala and mix well.
- Cook this for another 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
- Add lemon juice and mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
