Pineapple Payasam |

Ingredients
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Pineapple (Grated) - 1/2
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Flour - 1 tsp
Milk - 2 1/2 cup
Cashew nut - 2tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan. Add grated pineapple and fry till its done.
- Add sugar and mix well. Add flour and stir well for 1 min.
- Add milk and stir well . When it starts to boil add cardamom powder and switch off the flame. Keep it aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in another pan. Add cashew nuts and raisins.
- Fry it well and add it to the pineapple payasam.
- Serve hot.
