Chicken Cutlet
Chicken Cutlet

Chicken - 500 gm
Onion - 1
Potato - 1
Green chilly (Chopped) - 1
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Egg white - 2
Oil for frying


  1. Cook and mince the chicken . Boil and mash the potato.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and saute onion. Add green chilly, ginger and curry leaves. Mix well.
  3. Add chicken and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add pepper powder and garam masala. Mix well and keep it aside to cool.
  5. Add mashed potato and mix well. Add salt if needed.
  6. Divide the mixture into sixteen equal portions and mold it to desired shapes.
  7. Heat oil for frying. Dip each cutlet in egg white and bread crumbs.
  8. Deep fry the cutlets and serve hot with tomato ketch up.
