500 gram chicken ( cooked & minced )

1 potato ( boiled and mashed )

1 tablespoon ginger
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon pepper powder

2 egg white
Oil for frying
Instructions
1) Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan and saute onion. Add green chilly, ginger and curry leaves. Mix well.

2) Add chicken and salt. Mix well.
3) Add pepper powder, garam masala and mashed potato. Add salt if needed. Mix well and keep it aside to cool.
5) Heat oil for frying. Dip each cutlet in egg white and bread crumbs.
6) Deep fry the cutlets and serve hot with tomato ketch up.
