1) Take a bowl and beat the eggs well. Add onion, green chili, salt and black pepper. Mix well.

2) Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan and pour the egg mixture. Cook the omelette and cut it into pieces. Keep it aside.
3) Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Saute onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly. Saute until golden brown.
4) Now add tomato and cook the tomatoes. Add cashew and saute for 30 seconds. Grind this mixture into fine paste. Transfer this to the same pan.
5) Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and coriander powder and 1/2 cup of water. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add 1 cup water and bring to boil.
6) Turn off the flame and add garam masala and mix well.
7) Add the omelette pieces to the curry and keep it for 2 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
