Ingredients

for mango layer

2 cups mango puree 
1 teaspoon gelatin
2 tablespoon hot water

for vanilla layer

1 cup milk 
1 teaspoon gelatin
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cream (full fat) 
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

2) To the above solution add the 2 cups of mango puree and mix well.

3) Place the serving glass in a slight tilted position inside a bowl and pour the mango puree into it. Refrigerate until it sets completely.

4) Heat milk in a pan till it starts to steam (do not boil). Add 1 tsp gelatin and stir well till it dissolves.

5) Finally add cream to the milk and heat further for a few more minutes at medium low setting.

6) As the last step add sugar and vanilla essence . Stir well. Switch off the flame and keep it aside for 10 min to cool down.

7) Pour the milk to the already set glass of mango pudding and refrigerate further for 2 hrs.
