Mango Vanilla Panna Pudding
Mango Vanilla Panna Cotta

Prep Time : 15 min
Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

for mango layer

Mango puree - 2 cups
Gelatin - 1 tsp
Hot water - 2 tbsp

for vanilla layer

Milk - 1 cup
Gelatin - 1 tsp
Sugar (powdered) - ½ cup
Cream - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add gelatin and hot water. Mix well till the gelatin dissolves completely.
  2. To the above solution add the 2 cups of mango puree and mix well.
  3. Place the serving glass in a slight tilted position inside a bowl and pour the mango puree into it. Refrigerate for 2 hrs till it sets completely. 
  4. Heat milk in a pan till it starts to steam (do not boil). Add 1 tsp gelatin and stir well till it dissolves. Finally add cream to the milk and heat further for a few more minutes at medium low setting.
  5. As the last step add sugar and vanilla essence . Stir well. Switch off the flame and keep it aside for 10 min to cool down.
  6. Pour the milk to the already set glass of mango pudding and refrigerate further for 2 hrs.
