Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice (Cooked)

3 eggs
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 cup carrot
1 cup carrot
1 cup green pepper
1 cup onion
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 cup onion

Directions
1) Beat eggs with salt. Heat oil in a wok and scramble the eggs. Keep it aside.
2) Heat some oil in the wok on high flame. Add onion and saute for 1 min.
3) Add carrot and ginger ,garlic paste. Stir well for 1 min.
4) Add green pepper and salt. Salt is optional here because we are adding soy sauce at later point. Saute for 1 min.
5) Now add cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix well.


6) Add pepper powder and scrambled eggs. Mix well.
7) Turn off the flame and add spring onion . Serve hot.
