Ingredients:
Carrot - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1/2 cup
Beans - 1/4 cup
Bell pepper - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Tomato puree - 2/3 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Kadai Masala powder- 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste.Cook till onion turns golden brown.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 2 min.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder and kadai masala powder. Stir well and cook till oil starts appearing.
- Add all the vegetables except bell peppers. Stir for 2 mins.
- Add bell pepper.Stir it well and add 2 cups of water.
- Cover the pan and cook till the vegetables are done.
- Thicken the gravy to your preferred consistency .
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
