Round egg noodles - 250 gms
Dark soy sauce - 1/3 cup
Oyster sauce - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Chicken/Prawns - 100 gms
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic- 3 to 4
Veggies - 2 cups (I used carrot ,cabbage ,beans and onion)
Spring onion - 1


  1. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce ,sugar and ginger. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.Marinate chicken/prawns for 10 min.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on high heat. Fry chicken/prawns (Set reserved marinade aside). Transfer it to a bowl and set aside. 
  3. Fry veggies with garlic until its tender. Add fried chicken/prawns with the reserved marinade .
  4. Add noodles and stir until it combine well.
  5. Add spring onions and serve immediately
