1 1/2 cups flour 
4 banana (finely mashed) 
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar 
2 eggs (beaten) 
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla 


1) Preheat the oven to 350 F. Butter and flour the loaf pan,tapping out the excess flour.

2) Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy about 3 min.

3) Add eggs and bananas. Combine well.

4) Sift together flour,soda and salt. Add this to butter-sugar mixture.



5) Add vanilla extract and mix well.


5) Pour the batter into greased pan.

6) Bake for 60 min or until a fork inserted comes out clean. Keeps well refrigerated.
