Ingredients:

Peanut (Fried) - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 3/4 cup
Onion - 1/2 (small size)
Cucumber - 1/2 cup
Green chilly - 1
Ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchoor (Mango powder) - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves -3 tbsp

Instructions


  1. Mix ginger,chilly powder,salt,cumin powder,amchoor,chaat masala,black pepper,sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Mix the peanut with all the vegetables .
  3. Toss this with the spice mix and add coriander leaves and serve.
