Ingredients:
Paneer - 250 gm
Onion(medium) - 3
Tomatoes(large) - 3
Cashew nuts - 12
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
Sugar (Optional)- 1/2 tsp
Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
Bay leaf -1
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 1 small
Cloves - 3
Ginger garlic paste- 1 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
Cream - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions until they turn transparent. Add tomatoes in it . Stir well and cook it.
- Add garam masala, coriander powder, red chilly powder, cashew. Roast it well and keep it aside to cool down. Blend it well with 1 cup of water.
- Heat butter in a pan .Add spices in it and fry.
- Add the blended puree and kasuri methi in it .Add water or red chilly powder if needed.
- Thicken the gravy to your preferred consistency.
- Add paneer and stir well and cook for 3 min. (Add sugar if needed.)
- Add cream and garnish with coriander leaves . Serve hot.
