Rava Idli |

Ingredients :
Rava/Sooji - 1 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - a pinch
Green chilly - 1
Ginger - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10
Hing - a pinch
Oil - 3 tsp
Instructions
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan .Roast rava and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- In the same pan heat 1 tsp oil and splutter mustard seeds.Add channa dal ,curry leaves and hing.Fry till the dal become golden.Add this to roasted rava.
- Also add curd, green chilly, ginger, baking soda and salt in it and mix well.Add water if required.
- Keep aside for 20 min. Make idli with this batter and serve with chutney.
