Ingredients:
For Marination
Gobi (cooked) - 1 medium
All purpose flour - 6 tbsp
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Ginger paste -1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Sweet chilly sauce - 3 tsp
For gravy
Onion - 1
Garlic - 3 cloves
Green chilly - 3
Spring onion - 3
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Sweet chilly sauce - 1 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Make a batter with flour, corn flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, soy sauce, tomato sauce, sweet chilly sauce . Marinate gobi with this batter. Keep it aside for 20 min and deep fry it.
- Heat oil in a pan, add green chilly, onion, spring onions and garlic in it. Stir till it gets cooked.
- Add black pepper powder, soy sauce, sweet chilly sauce and tomato sauce. Add salt if needed.Stir well.
- Take cornflour in a bowl and mix it with 1/4 cup water.Add this to the gravy .Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add fried gobi to gravy and mix well.
- Garnish it with spring onion and serve hot.
