Prep Time : 10 min + 6 hrs of soaking time
Cook Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

Unboiled rice - 2 cups
Beaten rice - 3 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 2 cups
Rava(roasted) - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
  1. Wash and soak the rice along with beaten rice and set aside for 6 hrs. Blend it using a mixer grinder to form a smooth paste.
  2. Wash and soak urad dal along with fenugreek seeds and set aside for 6 hrs. Blend it to form a smooth paste.
  3. Make a paste with rice flour and rava. Combine this with the prepared ground urad dal paste and rice paste. Set aside to ferment for 6 hrs.
  4. Add salt and sugar ,mix well. If the batter is too thick ,add water to thin down to the required consistency.
  5. Make dosa with the batter and serve with chutney.
