Ingredients:
Unboiled rice - 2 cups
Beaten rice - 3 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds - 1 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 2 cups
Rava(roasted) - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Wash and soak the rice along with beaten rice and set aside for 6 hrs. Blend it using a mixer grinder to form a smooth paste.
- Wash and soak urad dal along with fenugreek seeds and set aside for 6 hrs. Blend it to form a smooth paste.
- Make a paste with rice flour and rava. Combine this with the prepared ground urad dal paste and rice paste. Set aside to ferment for 6 hrs.
- Add salt and sugar ,mix well. If the batter is too thick ,add water to thin down to the required consistency.
- Make dosa with the batter and serve with chutney.
