Peanut Chutney |

Ingredients:
85 gram peanuts , fry and remove the skin
1 small (90 grams) onion, chopped
1 big garlic
5 dry red chilly, depends on your spice level
10 grams tamarind
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon hing/asafetida
2 teaspoon oil
3-4 curry leaves
Salt to taste
Directions
1) Heat 1 tsp oil.
2) Add onion and garlic.
3) Saute till slightly brown.
4) Add asafetida/hing.
5) Add red chilly and tamarind.
6) Saute it for 30 seconds.
8) Grind it along with water and salt to a fine paste .
9) Heat 1 tsp oil .
10) Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Saute well .
11) Add it to the chutney. Mix well and serve.
