Dates pickle |
Cook Time: 10 min
Ingredients:
Dates - 1 Cup
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Green chilly - 3 big
Jaggery - 3 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Roast garlic, ginger ,green chilly,curry leaves and fennel powder.
- Add dates, jaggery and vinegar. Close the lid and let the dates cook for sometime.
- Add salt and remove the pan from heat and serve.
