Ingredients:

Grated coconut - 1 cup
Garlic - 5 big pieces (Chopped)
Pottu kadala (Split gram) - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilly - 3
Tamarind - 1 gooseberry size
Salt
Oil
Water

Instructions


  1. Heat oil in a pan .Roast garlic ,pottu kadala and red chilly.Remove it from fire and let it cool.
  2. Grind roasted ingredients to fine paste.Add coconut, tamarind, salt, water and grind it again.
  3. Mix it well and serve it with dosa / idly.
