Ingredients:

Dosa batter - 2 Cups
Rice flour - 1-2 tbsp
Onion - 1/2
Carrot (grated) - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly - 3
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and keep the batter aside for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
  3. Take each portion of batter in a spoon , pour it into oil and deep fry.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
