Ingredients:
Milk - 1 liter
Ghee (Clarified butter) - 1 tsp
Curd / Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashew / Pistachio
Instructions
- Heat ghee (Clarified butter) in a pan and add milk to it.
- Once the milk starts boiling, keep stirring continuously.
- Add sugar and let the milk simmer for sometime.
- When the milk reduces to half, add curd and keep stirring. Milk will start to get curdle and become thick.
- Keep stirring the milk until all the moisture evaporates.Remove the pan from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Grind the mixture to form fine paste . Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal parts and start making pedas . Give any shapes as your wish .
- Garnish it with cashew/pistachio and serve.
