Ingredients:

Kerala Porotta - 6 small (Roughly chopped or break into small pieces )
Egg - 2 (Scrambled with a pinch of salt)
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 1 medium
Ginger (chopped) - 11/2 tsp
Garlic (chopped) - 1 tsp
Cloves powder - 2 pinches
Cardamom powder - 2 pinches
Cinnamon powder - 2 pinches
Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves / Spring onion
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil

Instructions


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onion, cloves powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, fennel powder ,cumin powder ,ginger and garlic . Cook till onion turns golden brown.
  2. Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
  3. When oil starts appearing add tomato, salt and curry leaves.Stir well and cook for 5 min.
  4. Add scrambled eggs . Stir well and add parotta in it. Mix it well and cook for 5 min.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves or spring onion and serve.
