Ingredients:
Kerala Porotta - 6 small (Roughly chopped or break into small pieces )
Egg - 2 (Scrambled with a pinch of salt)
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 1 medium
Ginger (chopped) - 11/2 tsp
Garlic (chopped) - 1 tsp
Cloves powder - 2 pinches

- Heat oil in a pan and add onion, cloves powder, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, fennel powder ,cumin powder ,ginger and garlic . Cook till onion turns golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
- When oil starts appearing add tomato, salt and curry leaves.Stir well and cook for 5 min.
- Add scrambled eggs . Stir well and add parotta in it. Mix it well and cook for 5 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves or spring onion and serve.
