Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2 cups
Dhania (Coriander / Kothamalli) [crushed] - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp [Optional]
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves(Chopped) - 1 tbsp
Oil

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add sliced potatoes, crushed dhania and stir well.
  2. Add turmeric powder,chilly powder(optional) and salt.Close the pan and cook till the potatoes are done.
  3. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
