Ingredients:
Potatoes - 2 cups
Dhania (Coriander / Kothamalli) [crushed] - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp [Optional]
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves(Chopped) - 1 tbsp
Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.Add sliced potatoes, crushed dhania and stir well.
- Add turmeric powder,chilly powder(optional) and salt.Close the pan and cook till the potatoes are done.
- Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
