Ingredients:

       For Coleslaw

             White Cabbage (shredded) - 1/2 Cup
             Red Cabbage (Shredded) - 1/2 Cup
             Carrot (Shredded) - 1/2 Cup
             Mayonnaise - 1/2 Cup
             Salt and Pepper to taste

       For Blackberry Vinaigrette

            Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp
            Garlic - 2 small Pods
            Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
            Blackberry - 3 Tbsp
         
Instructions:


  1. In a large bowl, combine white cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together till an even consistency is achieved. Allow this mixture to chill in refrigerator for 15 mins.
  3. To prepare Blackberry Vinaigrette, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and blackberry. Mash the blackberry and mix all ingredients well.
  4. Serve Coleslaw with Blackberry Vinaigrette and mixed vegetables.
