Ingredients:
Puff pastry sheet - 1
Onion - 1 Medium
Tomato - 1 Medium
Green peas(Cooked) - 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1
Beetroot - 1 Medium
Potato - 1 Medium
Jeera - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 3 tbsp
Oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
- Pressure cook all the vegetables for 3 whistles and cut it into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and jeera and onion.Cook till the onions turns golden brown.
- Add tomato and stir well.Add all the vegetables and green piece and all the powders.
- Mix well and fry it in medium flame for 2 min.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and keep this filling aside.
- Preheat the oven in 220 Degree C.
- Cut the pastry sheet into 4 equal size rectangles.
- Place 2 tbsps of fillings in each of the pastry rectangle sheets.Fold it and cover the filling.
- Line the baking tray with greased aluminum foil and arrange the puffs on it.
- Bake it for 20 mins until it turns golden brown and serve hot.
