Puff pastry sheet - 1
Onion - 1 Medium
Tomato - 1 Medium
Green peas(Cooked) - 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1
Beetroot - 1 Medium
Potato - 1 Medium
Jeera - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (Chopped) - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste


  1. Pressure cook all the vegetables for 3 whistles and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste and jeera and onion.Cook till the onions turns golden brown.
  3. Add tomato and stir well.Add all the vegetables and green piece and all the powders.
  4. Mix well and fry it in medium flame for 2 min.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves and keep this filling aside.
  6. Preheat the oven in 220 Degree C.
  7. Cut the pastry sheet into 4 equal size rectangles.
  8. Place 2 tbsps of fillings in each of the pastry rectangle sheets.Fold it and cover the filling.
  9. Line the baking tray with greased aluminum foil and arrange the puffs on it.
  10. Bake it for 20 mins until it turns golden brown and serve hot.
