Ingredients:
For Tart
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Banana - 1 no
Salt to taste
Oil
For filling
Pineapple - 1 tbsp
Apple - 1 tbsp
Pears - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - a pinch
Fennel powder - a pinch
Instructions
- Cut the fruits in small cubes.
- Heat butter in a pan and add fruits and sugar in it.
- Cook the fruits in medium heat. Add cinnamon powder and Fennel powder.Stir well and keep it aside.
- Mash the banana well .Add flour in it and mix gradually to make a soft dough.
- Take each portion of dough and roll to the desired size and shape.Fry them in oil.
- Place 2 tbsps of fillings in each of them and serve.
