Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/3 cup
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Jam - 1/2 cup
Sugar(Powdered) - 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degree. Line a cake pan with greased foil.
- Beat eggs until very thick and lemon color.
- Gradually add sugar, water, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt. Beat the mixture until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 15 min. Insert a fork in center and if it comes out clean its ready to take out.
- Immediately take the cake from the pan and turn upside down onto a towel and remove the foil.
- Roll the cake and keep it aside for altleast 30 min to cool.
- Unroll the cake and remove the towel. Spread the jam over the cake and roll it again .Sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
