Egg Mayo Sandwich

Bread slices - 10
Hard boiled eggs - 2
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
Capsicum - finely chopped apprx 4 tbsp [Optional]
Green chilly - 3-4
Pepper(Crushed) - 2 tbsp
Spring onion - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste


  1. Finely chop eggs, capsicum, green chilly and spring onion.
  2. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl with mayonnaise, pepper and salt. Keep aside.
  3. Remove the bread crust and roll it with a chapati roller.
  4. Put the mixture inside the bread and make a roll.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 mins and serve.
