Ingredients:
Potatoes (Cooked)- 1 1/2 Cup
Cauliflower -1 1/2 Cup
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Red Chilly-1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Bay leaves- 1
Cloves- 2
Cardamom-2
Cardamom-2
Cinnamon-1 medium
Jeera-1/4 tsp
Kasoori methi-1/2 to 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
To grind
Jeera-1/4 tsp
Kasoori methi-1/2 to 1 tsp
Coriander leaves

Onion-1
Tomato-1
Ginger-1/2 inch
garlic-2 or 3
Instructions
- Grind Onion ,Tomato,ginger and garlic and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add jeera,bay leaves,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon and ground paste.
- Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder and garam masala.Stir well and cook till the oil starts appearing.
- Add cauliflower and stir well.Add some water and cover the pan.Let the cauliflower cook and add the potatoes.
- Add kasoori methi and coriander leaves. Thicken the gravy to your preferred consistency .
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
