Aloo Gobi

Ingredients:

Potatoes (Cooked)- 1 1/2 Cup
Cauliflower -1 1/2 Cup
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Red Chilly-1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Bay leaves- 1  
Cloves- 2
Cardamom-2
Cinnamon-1 medium
Jeera-1/4 tsp
Kasoori methi-1/2 to 1 tsp
Coriander leaves

To grind

Onion-1
Tomato-1
Ginger-1/2 inch
garlic-2 or 3

Instructions

  1. Grind Onion ,Tomato,ginger and garlic and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil and add jeera,bay leaves,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon and ground paste.
  3. Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,coriander powder and garam masala.Stir well and cook till the oil starts appearing.
  4. Add cauliflower and stir well.Add some water and cover the pan.Let the cauliflower cook and add the potatoes.
  5. Add kasoori methi and coriander leaves. Thicken the gravy to your preferred consistency .
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
