Ingredients

Semolina - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 3/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 3/4 cup
Cashews - 15
Raisins - 20
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp


Instructions


  1. Fry the raisins and cashew nuts in ghee and keep aside.
  2. Heat a tbsp of ghee and roast the rava/sooji over low heat till it becomes light brown.
  3. Add grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Roast for a few more minutes.
  4. Switch off the flame, add milk little by little and keep mixing it well.
  5. Divide mixture into equal parts and make laddus out of it.
