Ingredients:

Green Peas (dry, soaked over night) - 1 cup
Onion - 2 big
Tomato - 1 medium
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Green chilly - 2 or 3
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds -1 tsp
Bay leaves - 1  
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 medium
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Oil
Salt

Instructions
  1. Cook the green peas in 2 cups of water (6-7 whistles in high flame).
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic paste, fennel seeds, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and green chilly. Cook till the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Stir well and cook till the oil starts appearing.
  4. Add kasoori methi and coriander leaves.
  5. Add tomato and stir well and finally add the boiled green peas.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Thicken the gravy to your preferred consistency.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Note : Crush Kasuri methi between your palms before adding to get better flavor.
