Egg Masala |

Ingredients
Boiled egg - 2
Onion - 2 big
Tomato - 1 medium
Ginger - small piece
Coriander leaves - 4 tbsp finely chopped
Green chilly - 4
Garlic - 2 to 3
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Cloves - 3
Cardamom - 2
Cardamom - 2
Cinnamon - 1 medium
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp

- Grind black pepper, green chilly, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves with 2 tbsp of water and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add onion, bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger garlic paste and fennnel seeds. cook till onion turns golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
- When oil starts appearing add tomato, salt and curry leaves. mix well.
- Add ground masala and a little water to the pan, close the lid and cook for 5 min.
- Add the boiled eggs to the gravy and thicken the gravy to your preferred consistency .
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
