Ingredients:
Refined flour - 2 Cups
Rava/Sooji - 3 tbsp
Curd - 4 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Water - to kneed
Oil - for deep frying

Directions
- Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
- Mix curd with sugar and add this to the flour.
- Add about a cup of water and mix gradually to make a soft dough.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil and knead well.
- Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep aside for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into sixteen equal portions and cover them with wet cloths for 10 more minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
- Take each portion of dough and roll to the desired size.
- Fry them and serve hot with Channa Masala.
